After so long, I'm back to blogging again, feels like it is like a personal online diary. Well it is actually but still I guess no one will be come here and read. Felt so so many things had changed over just the one year and I don't even know when did it happen.

Friends that use to be have seems to be gone? Well I'm don't know whether is it my problem or what? But sometimes I do really feel that I'm be use. Friends that always put on negative thoughts to my mind is what I dislike the most. Where is all the understanding that you had before? Really after all is gone? I don't think I really know u? Is like I don't know you...

Well I really appreciate friends that I have know for 9 years, and next year will be a decade! Really feels old when I typed that word "decade" How can a friendship that can last so long? Hahaha! I don't know how to explain but still I believe it is God's will... Thank you so much guys! You guys rock! It feels like I grown up with them and growing old with them! Hahaha!

Of course life is not always easy, sometimes we just have to overcome it one by one. When we are facing alone, you just to focus beyond the finishing line. Remember how you did and remember the faithfulness of God.

2009 is coming to an end...
Looking back. I would say, this year was a really great year for me.
Everything was great this year.
One of the thing that I won't forget would my 3 months in China. Hahahaha....
I can't imagine I spent 1/4 of 2009 in China....
It was really great experience for me.
Besides that I also experience some changes in my life. From family to school and to Church.
Of course, one of them is my friend/bro....Kevin Chan. As he make his way to US to pursue his study and his dreams. And here in Singapore, I'm also living my dream out as I'm doing what I like now!!!
Really thank God for everything in 2009...

And I have to work harder in 2010...

Time to set new goals for 2010.
1) Make it to NUS or NTU during the February/ March intake.
2) Spend more time with my family and friends.
3) More time for my hobby- Drawing!!!
4) Start my own freelance designer careers.
5) With No.4...Of course come with...More Money...HAHAHAHA
6) My hearing can get better
7) Spiritually growth
8) Of course...I would like to slim down...Don't worry I got my 2 years slimming plan with SAF.
9)Drawing and rendering skill can improve!!!
10) Stay happy everyday in 2010!

That was really a GREAT MOVIE!!!!!

Everything in their world was so beautiful and yet dangerous!
I wonder how James Cameron came out all these ideas. Really Creative!
From the weapons the human use to the language cultural and the religion-(Eywa) of the Na'vi. Still got all those amazing creatures that moving on the planet.
They make me wonder,is there really such a planet.
Everything seems to be so well planned.
I think that the Na'vi body is damn cool!

Hi JL is back this week....
I'm really getting kinda of busying...Everyday 9 to 5.30pm in school. Stress to the max!!!
It is 2.40am now...And I'm still awake....Since today is Friday....I planned to stay late till the night to relax & watch my favorite anime-Naurto....

I went for my Army Medical Check up today....I got into PES D...As I have some hearing problems and back bone problem. Sigh.....Sian....

Life is getting boring and busy....
But soon it will be over...
Just another 13 more weeks....I will be graduating from Ngee Ann....

Ok...I'm back to Singapore for a week now....Hmmm still trying to get use to it...
Attended church service today....3 months do bring some changes to my church. But the same old things are still here. Hahahaha

My final year project is confirm already...I'm doing a bed, but is a scale down version which is like a 1/5 bed. Sigh...School is really boring.

2009 is coming to the end 2010 is coming....
How time flies...3 years... And soon I will be graduating and going to army.
Now I have to think whether I want to go NUS or Oversea education.
1st Choice: NUS
2nd Choice: NTU
3rd Choice: SU
4th Choice: China-Tsinghua or Jiang Nan University
5th Choice: Australia- Swinburne University
6th Choice: New Zealand-Massey University
The list will go on and on and on....

Maybe the ranking will change. Well I don't know....

Just got back my result yesterday!
Hmmm...Not bad!
I got 3ADs, 2As and 2Bs

Here are the result:

Thermofluid & Design Application ( TFDA) : AD
World Issue from Singapore Perspective: B

GPA for this semester is 3.8751. Not bad huh!!
And the cumulative GPA is 3.5153
Hahaha...Really thank God for blessing me such a good result.

I just have to make sure that I do well for this China Internship and FYP!
And hope that I can make it to NTU, NUS or even an oversea education.
Thinking about oversea education, I actually don't mind coming back to China (Jiang Nan) to do my degree and master.
Since they are ranked 2nd in terms of design in the whole of China.
I'll see how la...Have to see whether my family got enough money to support me, if not maybe a scholarship.
Hahaha

But really la, if I want to continue in product design course, going oversea will be a good choice.

The weather here is changing...
Going into 秋冬 period. The temperature is about 25°C to 21°C. Very cooling and shiok!!!
Work is still ok. I would say that we give ourselves stress but drawing almost everyday.
Don't worry, I know how to relax one...Hahaha

This Friday I will be getting back my result.
Hope that my GPA will go up!!!
And this Friday is also Qin Jie's wedding!!!
I really appreciate that she invited us to her wedding dinner.
70 days~ I will be back to Singapore!!!

Hi JL is back!
Lesson was great, we talked some of our classmates today.
Ask them what about the title of Cao Ming's book.
One of them is really nice, she helped us to ask her all her classmates about the title of the book.
She really look like someone we know. Copy and paste sia!!
We also introduce ourselves to her after class, when I thank her for helping us.

The class only have a few guys. Out of 5 tables, 3 tables of girls, 2 tables of guys.(Including 4 of us)
I didn't know that Cao Ming actually run two classes together as the same time. One at A308, another at A307.
But he will only be back on the 22September. Currently is another teacher taking over.
Good also!!

I showed the teacher my rendering today, he told me how to improve on the shadow effect on the product, and gave me some other comments to me to improve on the rendering.
He ask me whether I was nervous when I did this rendering. Cause he can tell the different in the lines work and the marker strokes on the left and right.
And I told him that I actually focus more on the left side rather than the right side.
Well I think he was right, I was a bit nervous when I was rendering the water gun handle.

Went town today, it was fun.
Lunch was at Papa John. Nice food but expensive.
We also try one of their famous local food: 凉皮 . Well very nice!!!
We also did some shopping.
Didn't find any music shop. Sigh...

Btw we saw a " Yuri" look alike on our way back to Jiang Nan Uni.
Damn pretty!!! Woohoo!!
And our level also got one hot ang mo, staying around Phaddeus' room. Hahahaha

We are like getting to know more foreign students staying our area. Most of them are ang mo!
But still we didn't talk much to them.

Hi Hi I'm back. Went for our first lesson today and we drew some cubes. 曹鸣 (Cao Ming) is really good!!!
We didn't talk much to our classmates. But they kept looking at us when we first walk into the room. Don't know why? Hahaha

Btw lesson was still ok. Got a few comments from 曹鸣老师.
He told us to buy some rendering markers too.
Lunch was at North gate area.
I didn't know that our school actually got a few causes of H1N1

End of the 2nd day

Didn't get to choose our module today. We will do it tmr...
We have our dinner at some chinese restaurant outside school.
The total bill cost about 64 RMB.
So each person is about 16 RMB (S$3.2)
With this money we ate 5 main dishes and got a free-flow of rice...!
BTW their curry chicken is not really a curry chicken...! Cause they didn't add in curry at all...!!! Not even a single chili was found in the dish...!
But the dinner was still good..! Cause it is cheap

Good day Everyday!
It is the 2nd day in China.
Well yesterday was really crazy, we reach airport around 6am.
And we have to wait for the first bus which was at 10.10am. The waiting time was really crazy.

Of course the journey to Wuxi took 3 hrs to get here.
Meet up with 秦姐 (Qin Jie) at the train station. Their traffic is crazy. Sigh no comment.
Took a small mini bus to Jiang Nan University which was like another 1/2hr journey.

When we reach Jiang Nan University, we first check to your hostel.
Well I really like the room, but I can upload any photos here.
I really like the air con here but the TV channels here don't have English channel. All I see is CCTV...sigh...!
Okok so after we check in to our own room, we went for our lunch at their school canteen.
The food there taste not bad!
Not too salty or oily.

After lunch 秦姐 drove us around the school to make our student card, get our phone card, the supermarket which is also inside their school and also our bike for us to cycle in school. She helps us a lot... Really appreciate her!

After all those shopping we went back to our room to clean our room. Hahaha!
Dinner was in school also,cause we don't dare to cycle outside of school to eat since it was really late.
We also got some problem with our internet connection here. We need to buy a cable so that we can get connected to the net. Sigh... So we went to buy the cable after our dinner, we also did some shopping after that.

And finally we can connected to the net at around 10 plus.
One funny incident, Phaddeus' and Ashley's room got black out and then follow by Alden and mine. Sigh...
4 of us slept together in my room.

Did Echo 1 again for my last duty week before I go for my 3 months break from usher ministry. Well everything was fine..Didn't get much scolding this time. I think overall the duty was ok..

I getting ready to learn as much as I can during that 3 months in China.

Looking Back

Hi I'm back...Didn't have the mood to blog these few days.

Looking back these 2 years in Poly, I really enjoyed myself...
I started to talk to Kaixun on the first day of the Orientation.
Followed by Kevin & Alden.
Then followed by Deemei, Calvin and Marc.
Of course still got Kevin.F, Samuel, Zizhao, WJ, WW and Ger...
I really want to thank God for bringing them into my life...

I believe all of us have our dreams that we would want to achieve in our life.
It is good that Kevin.C is going to do what he likes in US.
Soon I would see all of us going into different paths after we graduate from Ngee Ann. It is just another 6 months
And I won't be in Singapore for the next 3 months....Sigh...
And those good old days that we had in year 1 and year 2 won't come back...
We just have to move on to our next chapter of our life.

Well Alt F4 will meet together again next year June...!
I think by then I will be in army liao...!

All healthy living thing should grow...!
And friendship should continue to grow...!

PDAI presentation was not bad...

One weird incident happened to me when I was on my way to indoor stadium last Saturday....One unknown lady came to me asking me to help...
I don't know what she wants in the first place...Until she said she needs money...she also said that her brother/ father just die...She even kneel down...OMG...! Damn paiseh....In the end I just gave her some money...Sigh....
But the funny thing is....she ask me a lot of weird questions later...
I think she said me: " Are you single?"
" Do you have gf...?"
" Why you dont have atm card with you?"
" Can I take a look on your handphone?"

I didn't know what to do...sigh....
But thank God, the bus journey to indoor stadium was fast....

Service end around 10.30pm last night...after that took Dasiree's Cab to Kallang MRT station...

I slept at 3am and woke up around 5.38am...
Thank God, Rita called me...if not I confirm will be reporting late for usher...
Took cab to indoor stadium with Rita...very tired...sigh...

Mushroom's Day

Just to let you all know, we didn't get into the 2nd round of the RWS competition..Sigh
2 weeks was wasted...

Anyway just got back my thermofluid result today...Well not bad.
Hopefully my test 2 can do better...

After school went straight to Funan to get my new adapter and a webcam.
And celebrated Huiting's bday. Great friends and nice dinner!

I found this while I'm doing my research.

Mobile phones with camera, mp3 player, mobile TV station, and GPS receiver can be found nowadays, all features mentioned also available in Sony Ericsson cell phone. What about mobile gaming ? Sony Ericsson is recently filling patent about Sony Ericsson PSP Phone concept. After all, who’s better positioned to create a perfect mobile gaming platform than Sony ?

If Sony come out with this phone...I confirm will save up some money and buy this phone...

School was great....erm no comment...
Friday was crazy...I feel like a teacher....Haha

Saturday: Ushering was stress but great. Why? Cause I took 2 zones in Charile by myself. Bus home with was always fun. And welcome Kevin.Chen to the bus gang. Hahaha
Finished up with the PDAI assignment last night.

Sunday: BLTC (Basic leadership training course) was great. What they said really remind me of someone. After the lesson,took cab down to Kovan with Jeremy and Rita.

I got a lot of things to do
1)Balance sheet to do for my BPM module...Should be easy....Hehehe
2)BPM: Thursday presentation on customers service. Should be easy...Hehehe

I really feel very weird when Alden is not with us in class.

Hey guys I'm back, well today I queued up alone at hall 8...Sigh cause I didn't joined them for the sport outing in the morning.

Anyway service was really great. Pastor Kong really shared a very good messages on relationship.
Really learn a lot this 2 months. Nice drama and nice messages. Best!

Dinner with my cell( new and old ).Jeremy and I waited for Rita...Sigh..so slow!
Anyway bus journey to home was great..a lot of smacking...Live TV mobile..Hahaha....

Tmr usher helpers training is going to start...After what I heard from Yonglee and Jeremy Kon. It really sound very scary to me. Really...!
They will teach, ask and test on a lot of things. Plus I don't really have much experience.. What I used to do was just Hotel 2, charile terrace IC and stage 4. Nothing much..sigh..!
Nvm I will try one...Hehehe

Yesterday was a tiring day for me. Reach church about 1pm plus. And I did stage 4 during the service duty. Really learn a lot but it was also very stress.
After service, my usher friends celebrated my birthday together with Matthew, Justine and Soji. And they got me a new set of drawing pencil. Hahaha

After the celebration, I went straight to Pasir Ris to meet up with my cg to prepare for our night cycling. It was really fun. We started around 11pm and finished around 5.20am. Very tiring sia...
Not to forget:
I really appreciate my cell group for giving me a surprise birthday celebration at Pasir Ris Park. THANKS for pouring the flour and ketchup on my face and shirt

I got 1 C+, 2 B+ and 1 A...hahaha...still better than last semester.

Went Digipen open house this morning with Kevin and Deemei.
I was very impressed with their student work.
But I think most of the works are done by their students in US...
After that I went NTU open house with Ger and Hs... Finally I got to see what is actually inside of NTU... Hehehe... I really like that school...But the talk was really boring...

And I found out that the minimum GPA to get into the course in Product design is at least a 3.24 and the highest intake GPA for last year was 3.8. Let work even harder in my last year. Hehehe

After open house, met Barry (my new cell group leader), Grace and her friend to go church. And Pastor Paul preached a really good message today. ..

I would like to say this:
We can have many friends but only a few are kept close to our heart.
Just stop your nonsense here…
Anyway this doesn’t affect our friendship…Right? hehehe

Went art museum with Ger today, there are many artistic works.. I prefer the tradition, innovation and continuity artworks to the Korean art...But I still like some of the paintings by Lee Jung Woong...I think it is really cool..Hehehe

A new beginning..Year 3

Just finished our exam today and then head to expo.
I realized that today is our last day in year 2...No more year 2 but year 3...Yes!
I think this year will be a very tiring year for us. Study...FYP... Internship and Projects...GIGI!

I can't wait to go Jurong Bird park this Saturday...

My holiday plan:
1) Prepare for the design seminar.
2) Prepare my portfolio (year 1 to year 2 projects)
3) Learn how to use Rhino and other softwares.
4) Sketching.
5) Planning to go NUS & NTU open house.

Ushering was really fun today. As I get to hold Wenting's com set (walkie talkie) until she come. This was my first time using that com set and my first time going into the logistic room for leaders briefing. All I want to say is that I learned a lot from Yongli, Jeremy Kon and Wenting. I really appreciate their help.
It was really a great experience for me.
Can't wait to serve even more in logistic team..Yeah!

Talking about school...Next week will be our last week in year 2...YES!..Can't wait to go year 3...and I'm involve in the design seminar which is on 31 March. SIAN!

Finally it is the second last week before our study break...meaning holiday is coming...yeah..!
For the past few days, Kevin, Alden and I have been talking about this japanese drama called Nodame Cantabile...This show is really nice.. I would give 9 stars of out 10...Hahaha
To ST: PLS go and watch this drama....
And I've been drawing human portrait for the past few days...Hmmm..
Next week I have 2 presentations...Have to finish my model making by this week...sian....

I spent the whole day watching this japanese drama : Nodame Cantabile

The plot outline:
Megumi Noda, or “Nodame” is a piano student at Momogaoka College of Music. An extremely talented pianist who wants to be a kindergarten teacher, she prefers playing by ear rather than reading the music score. She is messy and disorganized, takes baths several days apart and loves to eat, sometimes stealing her friend’s lunchbox when it is filled with delicacies.

Shinichi Chiaki, is Momogaoka’s top student. Born into a musical family, he is talented in piano and violin and has secret ambitions to become a conductor. An arrogant multi-lingual perfectionist who once lived abroad in the music capitals of the world as a young boy (namely Prague), he is trapped in Japan because in his childhood, he was in both boat and airplane accidents, and is now terrified of planes and boats.

They meet by accident. Nodame quickly falls in love, but it takes much longer for Chiaki to even begin to appreciate Nodame’s unusual qualities. Their relationship causes them both to develop and grow. Along the way, they meet some crazy people (like Masumi, Mine, and Stresemann) and make lasting friendships. Because of Nodame, Chiaki got the opportunity to lead a student orchestra and begins to have a broader appreciation of people's musical abilities. Because of Chiaki, Nodame faces her fears and enters a piano competition. Opportunities open up as both begin taking risks, stretching themselves far more than they ever thought possible.

When out with Kevin, KaiXun and Alden after school today...And I bought 5 new copic markers from a shop at Bras Basah Complex. I think it is much cheaper than Art friend.Cause we got a discount of 15%. So in all the markers cost $25...It is like $5 cheaper than Art friend...
Now I got 14 rendering markers that I can use...Haha...

Went to my aunt's house today and then went to buy ingredients to make pineapple tarts...Hahaha..I saw a tiger on my way to my aunt's house... and after all the shopping, I spend the whole day helping my mum...
After helping I went on to do my PDI journal.
I feel that this year I should work even harder for my study. Since this would be the my last year. For my spiritual life, I want to serve even more in usher ministry and cell group, and to reach out to more friends this year.

This is the only the 3rd week of 2009 and I have a lot of goals that I want to fulfill this year.

When back to my secondary school today for band. I realised that they have change to Symphonic Band...Well during my batch..our band name was KCB...now is KCSB...Hahaha...
I can't wait to see them perform for SYF this year..Hahaha..Let get a least a sliver this year...
And hopefully we also can start our alumni band soon...
I tried playing all the percussion instruments today...hmmm..I didn't play for 2 years le...but still can play..Hahaha..I'm thinking of going back to help up and to teach.
But don't know whether I have the time...Haha

Hey guys I'm back, this week was really fun...Christmas was over and finally 2008 is coming to an end..Well looking back in 2008..I really got nothing to say..I can't imagine that next year I will be in year 3...My last year in Ngee Ann..OMG

I slept at 3am last night and woke up around 4.45am...But went back to sleep again...Hahaha.. Then I woke around 6am and I forgot to give Rita morning call...Hahaha
Reach church around 7.40am...And I served at Alpha today. It was really very tiring...Met up with the cell group later for afternoon service...I had watched the drama 3 times..But all I can say is that the drama was really very good. Ook? Ok..
After service we went out to Dhoby Ghaut for lunch...After lunch some of us went Orchard to walk around...
Reach home around 10 plus...still have a lot of assignments to do, before the holiday come to an end...STRESS!!
